## There is no list price, and here is why

Two cans of the same capacity can differ by a multiple of each other's cost. The price
is set by the specification, not the product name, so a single published figure would be
wrong for most buyers. What moves it:

- Material and grade (coated steel, galvanised steel, stainless 304 or 316, aluminium, HDPE)
- Steel gauge — our NATO-pattern cans run 0.5 to 0.6 mm standard, with a 0.9 mm heavy-gauge build to order
- Interior coating, specified to the contents
- Closure: vented or non-vented screw cap, cam lever, child-resistant, tap or spout
- Finish and marking: standard colour, RAL match, powder coat, laser etch or in-line embossing
- Certification required for the destination market
- Order volume, and whether tooling changes
- Incoterms and destination

## What is fixed, and true today

- Production capacity: around 50,000 units a month across four production lines, varying by model
- Standard production lead time: approximately one month, confirmed against your specification at quotation
- Samples: 7 to 15 days, available before any volume commitment
- Minimum order quantity: varies by model and customisation, quoted on enquiry. We do not publish a single figure because it would be wrong for most specifications
- OEM and ODM: both. Build to your drawing, or to ours with your branding and changes
- Incoterms: FOB and CIF commonly; DDP for established programmes
- Production: Vietnam and China. Contracts, quality sign-off and export documentation from Singapore

## Certifications held

- UN certification for dangerous-goods designs. Granted per design type, and the competent authority decides what each plant making it must show, so it does not follow production to a new factory on its own. Ask for the certificate number covering your design and the plant named on it
- ISO 9001 — Quality management systems
- ISO 14001 — Environmental management systems
- ISO 45001 — Occupational health and safety management systems

Inspection and test reports are provided where applicable to your design and order.
Factory audit documentation is available in accordance with the UN certification.

Send these and a quotation comes back against them rather than against a guess:

1. Product and capacity (e.g. 20 L NATO-pattern steel fuel can)
2. What it will hold
3. Destination market, which sets the certification required
4. Annual or per-order volume
5. Finish, colour and any branding
6. Incoterms and destination port
7. Whether you need a sample first
