Quoted on enquiry

These depend on your order, your market or the certificate that covers your run, so we quote them rather than publish one figure that would be wrong for most buyers. Ask and you get the number for your specification.

  • Minimum order quantity

Before you order: Dauber and brush cans hold reactive, solvent-based contents. The applicator material has to be compatible with what you are filling, not only the can lining. Tell us the formulation and we will specify both.

Why It Is Built This Way

What makes this product different

01

The applicator ships inside the can

No separate brush, no second SKU, nothing for an installer to lose on site. Pick up the can and the tool is in your hand.

02

Sealed against the solvent, not just the spill

PVC-U cement and contact adhesive skin over as soon as they meet air. The screw top seals to the neck rather than to a liner, which is what keeps the contents usable to the bottom of the can.

03

Cone top for a controlled pour

Where the contents are decanted rather than applied, the cone narrows the stream so a thin fluid goes where it is aimed. Brake fluid and solvent cements both need that.

04

Three body sizes, one cap

The 54, 66, 84 and 107 mm bodies take a common closure family, so a range from 60 ml to a litre runs one capping change rather than four.

Manufacturing & Quality

How it is made, and how it is checked

Manufacturing

The body is pressed from cold-rolled steel to the pattern, seam-welded, then finished as set out in the specification above: internal coating, galvanising or powder coat according to what the can carries. Pressing runs across our Vietnam and China plants under one specification managed from Singapore, so the drawing and closure stay identical whichever plant fills the order.

Quality control

Every can is checked before it leaves the plant:

  • Leakproofness test — seams and closure checked under air pressure
  • Drop test — a filled can dropped to confirm it survives handling
  • Dimensional inspection against the drawing
  • Interior and finish inspection for coverage and defects
Compliance by market

What this product has to satisfy, market by market

The regimes that apply to this type of container in each market we ship to, with the detail behind each one a click away. This is what the market asks for; what this particular design already holds is in the specification above.

Orientation for specification, not legal advice, and not a statement that this design holds a given approval. Requirements turn on the exact design, contents and destination, and they change. Tell us the market at enquiry and we confirm what applies to your specification, what we hold and what we would need to obtain.
