Manufacturing

Three pillars, one specification

Three pillars carry the product from coil and resin to finished container.

Dual-country factory network

Vietnamese and Chinese factories with metal forming, welding, moulding and finishing capacity already running at volume. Two production bases held to one drawing, so origin can flex without the specification moving.

Multi-material capability

Pressed steel, AISI 304 stainless, aluminium and HDPE under one contract. You are not managing four suppliers to stock one shelf.

Contents-specific engineering

Interior specification, coating and closure chosen for what the can will actually hold, which is where cheap cans fail.

What We Make, What We Source

The line between the two, stated plainly

The containers are ours: pressed or moulded to our own drawings, on our own tooling, in our own plants. The parts that fit them are specified by us and bought to that specification. A jerry can press does not make a brass tap, and a supplier who implies otherwise is telling you something else that is not true either.

Manufactured to our drawings

Every container in the range. Steel, stainless, aluminium and HDPE bodies, their interior specification and their finish. Fixed tooling held across production runs and across both countries, so a reorder in twelve months is the same product.

Specified and sourced

Closures, gaskets, spouts, taps, adapters, holders and retention. We set the thread standard, the material and the fit against our own can geometry, then hold the supplier to it. The specification is the work, and it is why these parts arrive fitting rather than almost fitting.

What we actually do

Pressed steel & deep-draw forming

NATO-pattern body forming and seam welding, to a fixed drawing held across production runs and across both countries.

Stainless fabrication & food-grade finishing

AISI 304 forming with interior finishing appropriate to potable water, with no liner to degrade.

Interior coating systems

Hydrocarbon-service internal coatings for the fuel lines, specified for the contents rather than applied generically.

Multi-fuel compatibility

The steel fuel lines are compatible with petrol, diesel, kerosene and JP-08 jet fuel, which opens defence, aviation ground support and airfield operations rather than road use alone.

Why the specification holds

Focused product family

One family means rare line changeovers, and rare changeovers mean high specification consistency. The least glamorous quality advantage there is, and the most reliable.

Defence-packaging heritage

The group has supplied ammunition boxes and metal containers to military standards since 2000, and ships to six continents today. The inspection routines and documentation practices behind that carried straight over to this range.

Dangerous goods literacy

Fuel and UN-rated industrial lines carry certification regimes that vary by destination. We will tell you what we hold and what we do not, before you order rather than after.

Capacity & Terms

What we can actually run, and how fast

The figures a buyer asks for on the first call. Capacity varies by model, because a deep-drawn steel can and a blow-moulded HDPE one do not run at the same rate.

50,000 units a month

Across 4 production lines. An estimate rather than a ceiling: the mix of models in a given month moves it either way.

One month standard lead time

For a standard production run, confirmed against your specification at quotation. Samples in 7–15 days, before any volume commitment.

OEM and ODM

Build to your drawing, or to ours with your branding and changes. Feasibility, price and lead time come back against your actual customisation rather than a generic list.

Certification

What we hold

UN certification

Held for dangerous-goods designs. UN approval is granted per design type and per manufacturing plant, so it does not transfer between factories. Ask us for the certificate number covering your design and the plant named on it, and you will get it — that is the question you should be putting to every supplier you shortlist, including this one.

Coil to carton, in eight steps

    Coil and sheet stock staged at the press hall. The gauge is set by the specification, not by what is on the floor that week.

    Half-shells formed on the press line. The embossed X-brace is what gives a thin wall its stiffness.

    Necks, gaskets, caps and cam levers fitted. The gasket is what actually fails on an old can, so it is specified rather than assumed.

    Units tested before they are packed. A leak found here is scrap; a leak found by your customer is a claim.
