Liquid containment specialists, built on a defence packaging base that has been shipping since 2000.
Fortitude21 makes jerry cans and liquid containers, and supplies the closures, spouts, taps and mounting that go with them. Food-grade stainless for potable water, coated steel for fuel, aluminium where weight is the constraint, and UN-rated HDPE for industrial liquids. We build in two countries across 12 categories, each chosen by what goes inside.
The brand sits inside a defence-trade group that has been supplying ammunition boxes and metal containers to military standards since 2000, and ships to customers on six continents. The production base, the tooling discipline, the factory relationships across Vietnam and China and the documentation habits all come from that work.
Singapore holds the commercial relationship. Vietnam and China hold the tooling. You deal with one office and one specification, whichever plant runs your order.
Quotations, specifications, export documentation and the contract itself. One point of contact in a neutral jurisdiction, on a working day that overlaps Europe and Asia.
Pressed steel and stainless at volume, with the deep-draw tooling and coating lines the metal range runs on.
The second base, held to the same drawing. It keeps supply moving if one country is disrupted, and answers a China-plus-one sourcing policy without changing the specification.
We run two manufacturing countries through one Singapore contract desk, by design.
A network of Vietnamese factories with deep-draw, pressed steel, welded stainless and finishing capability. The same base produces our group's defence packaging line, so the tolerances and inspection routines were already in place before the first can was pressed.
A parallel Chinese production base covering the same processes at different scale points, including blow moulding for the HDPE lines. It gives us a second route to capacity when a line is loaded and a second answer when a buyer's sourcing policy rules out a single country.
Contract management, quality sign-off, export documentation and customer relationships run from Singapore. One accountable point of contact between a distributor in Perth or Rotterdam and whichever line is running your order.
Most buyers we talk to ask what a can costs. They also ask what happens if one country becomes difficult, and whether their supplier has an answer that is not a six-month re-qualification.
Running Vietnam and China in parallel is our answer. The drawing, the material specification and the inspection routine are held identical across both, so the origin can change without the product changing.
If one base is disrupted or fully loaded, the other carries the order. Your programme does not stop while we find capacity.
Duty treatment and country-of-origin rules differ by destination. Two origins means we can often quote you the one that lands better.
Buyers operating a China-plus-one or single-country-risk policy can be served without abandoning the range.
Same drawing, same material spec, same inspection. Diversification is only useful if the product does not shift with it.
Pressed steel, AISI 304 stainless, aluminium and HDPE under one contract. You are not managing four suppliers to stock one shelf.
Interior specification, coating and closure chosen for what the can will actually hold, which is where cheap cans fail.
The containers are ours: pressed or moulded to our own drawings, on our own tooling, in our own plants. The parts that fit them are specified by us and bought to that specification. A jerry can press does not make a brass tap, and a supplier who implies otherwise is telling you something else that is not true either.
Every container in the range. Steel, stainless, aluminium and HDPE bodies, their interior specification and their finish. Fixed tooling held across production runs and across both countries, so a reorder in twelve months is the same product.
Closures, gaskets, spouts, taps, adapters, holders and retention. We set the thread standard, the material and the fit against our own can geometry, then hold the supplier to it. That specification is why these parts arrive fitting.
NATO-pattern body forming and seam welding, to a fixed drawing held across production runs and across both countries.

AISI 304 forming with interior finishing appropriate to potable water, with no liner to degrade.

Hydrocarbon-service internal coatings for the fuel lines, specified for the contents rather than applied generically.

The steel fuel lines are compatible with petrol, diesel, kerosene and JP-8 jet fuel, which opens defence, aviation ground support and airfield operations as well as road use.

L-ring and DEF container moulding with wall-thickness control for stacking and UN rating.

Olive drab, mill finish, galvanized or powder coated to your specified RAL colour across a retail programme.

Laser etching or embossing applied in-line rather than as a sticker after the fact.

Vented and non-vented screw caps, gasket seating, dispensing taps, pouring and misfueling-resistant spouts.

Packed for distributor shelf or pallet, configured for the freight mode and destination.

One family means rare line changeovers, and rare changeovers mean high specification consistency.
Fuel and UN-rated industrial lines carry certification regimes that vary by destination. We will tell you what we hold and what we do not, before you order rather than after.
Capacity varies by model, because a deep-drawn steel can and a blow-moulded HDPE one do not run at the same rate.
Across 4 production lines. An estimate rather than a ceiling: the mix of models in a given month moves it either way.
For a standard production run, confirmed against your specification at quotation. Samples in 7–15 days, before any volume commitment.
Build to your drawing, or to ours with your branding and changes. Feasibility, price and lead time come back against your actual customisation rather than a generic list.
Held for dangerous-goods designs. UN approval is granted per design type, and the competent authority decides what each plant making it must show, so it does not follow production to a new factory on its own. Ask us for the certificate number covering your design and the plant named on it, and you will get it. Put the same question to every supplier you shortlist, including this one.
Products are inspected and tested in accordance with our UN certification requirements.
Inspection and test reports are provided where applicable to your design and order.
Factory audit documentation is available in accordance with our UN certification.
Photographs from our own production bases. This is the sequence your order actually runs through.
01Coil and sheet stock staged at the press hall. The gauge is set by the specification, not by what is on the floor that week.
02Half-shells formed on the press line. The embossed X-brace is what gives a thin wall its stiffness.
03Shells joined and the seam dressed. This is the joint that a drop test finds first.
04Bodies on the overhead conveyor. Interior specification is set here, by contents rather than by sticker.
05Colour to your RAL reference, including the blue and olive drab conventions the field already reads.
06Necks, gaskets, caps and cam levers fitted. The gasket is what fails on an old can, so it is specified rather than assumed.
07Units tested before they are packed. A leak found here is scrap; a leak found by your customer is a claim.
08Cartoned and staged. Carton quantities and dimensions are what your freight quote is built from.

A world where the container holding what you carry is the least uncertain thing about the journey, whether that journey is an overland crossing, a harvest, a flooded street or a fourteen-day preparedness shelf.
Manufacture liquid containers to a single unwavering specification per line, and supply them to outfitters, distributors, fleet operators and agencies with the documentation, lead-time certainty and consistency that repeat procurement requires.
We make one product family, and everything comes from that focus.

Production inside existing Vietnamese and Chinese factory networks with metal forming, welding, blow moulding and finishing already running at volume.

Teams already producing metal containers to military tolerance. A jerry can is a simpler brief for the same hands.

Raw, mill finish or powder coated, standard or private-label marking, packed for distributor shelf or pallet.

The same drawing every run. Your product photography and your reviews stay accurate across reorders.

Material certification and inspection records supplied per shipment for buyers who need a compliance file.

Private-label tooling, artwork and colourways stay yours. We do not resell your programme to your competitor.
Tell us your market and your volumes. We will come back with a specification sheet and a quotation.
