Pouring Spouts & Nozzles

Product code F21-AS

Rigid, flexible and auto-shutoff spouts across the range. A spout is bought to reach an awkward filler neck without spilling, and the geometry is the whole product.

Quoted on enquiry

These depend on your order, your market or the certificate that covers your run, so we quote them rather than publish one figure that would be wrong for most buyers. Ask and you get the number for your specification.

  • Minimum order quantity

Before you order: Spout material compatibility depends on the contents. A spout specified for water is not specified for solvent. Confirm the application before ordering.

Why It Is Built This Way

What makes this product different

01

Reach is the product

The reason anyone buys a long-nose spout is a filler neck behind a wheel arch or under a deck. Length and bend angle are the specification, not the colour.

02

Auto-shutoff where overfill costs

A shutoff spout stops the flow when the target tank fills. On a forecourt that is convenience; on a boat or a genset it is a spill you did not have to clean up.

03

Consumable by nature

Spouts get lost, snapped and perished. They are a repeat line rather than a one-time sale, which is what makes the attach rate worth having.

04

Sold to fit our necks

Every spout is offered against a specific can in our range. Universal-fit accessories are how a distributor ends up with returns.

Compliance by market

What this product has to satisfy, market by market

The regimes that apply to this type of container in each market we ship to, with the detail behind each one a click away. This is what the market asks for; what this particular design already holds is in the specification above.

Orientation for specification, not legal advice, and not a statement that this design holds a given approval. Requirements turn on the exact design, contents and destination, and they change. Tell us the market at enquiry and we confirm what applies to your specification, what we hold and what we would need to obtain.

Questions, Answered

The things buyers ask before they order

Which spout types do you offer?

Three: a rigid European DSE pattern, a flexible long-nose, and an auto-shutoff version for where overfill is costly.

Will a spout fit my can's neck?

Each spout is matched to the neck of the can it is sold against, so name the can and we supply the spout that threads onto it. For a third-party can, send the neck detail and we will check.

What are the spouts made from?

Polyethylene with a sealing gasket, plus a metal lever on the versions fitted with one.

Vented or non-vented, which do I need?

Both are available. A vented spout pours faster and holds a steadier stream from a full can, so tell us the use and we will point you to the right one.

Can I buy spouts on their own?

Yes. They ship loose, bundled with cans, or as counter stock for an aftermarket display.

Are these suitable for solvents or chemicals?

Material compatibility depends on the contents. A spout specified for water is not specified for solvent, so confirm the substance before you order.

What does the auto-shutoff do?

It cuts the flow when the receiving tank is full, which reduces spillage on repeat refuelling. Function detail for the specific model is on its datasheet.

Can we brand or colour the spouts?

Colour and private-label options are available on the polyethylene parts where volumes support it. Ask at quotation.

What are the minimum order and lead time?

Both are quoted per order against your quantity and destination market.

Where are the spouts produced?

In Vietnam and China, coordinated through Singapore, to match the Fortitude21 can range.
