The can is blow-moulded from high-density polyethylene in a single seamless wall, with the neck and handle formed in the same shot, so there is no seam to split under load. Moulding runs across our Vietnam and China plants under one specification managed from Singapore.

Plain HDPE can let some fuels and aggressive solvents permeate slowly through the wall over time. For those liquids we would point you to the fluorinated version, whose treated interior is made to stop permeation.
An insulating plastic wall can hold a static charge, which is a hazard with flammable liquids. For flammables handled in classified areas the antistatic conductive version is the right specification, so confirm your handling method with us first.
