These depend on your order, your market or the certificate that covers your run, so we quote them rather than publish one figure that would be wrong for most buyers. Ask and you get the number for your specification.
Before you order: A deck is sized for drums in use, not for a bunded store. Where a regulator sets a percentage of total stored volume, a deck sump will usually fall short of it and a full spill pallet is the right product. Tell us the rule you are working to and we will say which applies.

Dimensions are length × width × height and weights are empty, both nominal. Load figures are the manufacturer’s published values; ask us for the test basis before you specify against them. The figure to check your containment rule against is the sump capacity, not the footprint.
At 10 to 15.5 cm a drum can be walked on and off by hand. That is the difference between a deck people use and a deck that gets left empty beside a drum standing on bare floor.
An open grate lets an operator see standing liquid on a walk past. A closed tray hides the leak until someone lifts something, which is usually after the drum has emptied.
The grated two-drum decks have level walls and built-in clips, so a drum rolls from one deck to the next and a row of them reads as one platform rather than four islands.
The drain-plug versions empty through a hexagonal plug instead of being tipped. Outdoors that is the difference between draining rainwater in two minutes and lifting a full sump.

From 30 litres on the ultra-low single-drum tray to 170 litres on the four-drum deck. Every model and its sump is in the table on this page, because the sump is the number your containment rule is checked against, not the footprint.
On the 10 cm ultra-low trays, usually yes. From 15 cm upward use a ramp: a filled 200 litre drum is around 200 kilograms and levering it up a step is how drums get dropped. We supply ramps sized to the deck height.
Static is the deck standing still and loaded. Dynamic is the deck lifted and moved while full, and it is always the lower number. UDL is a uniformly distributed load, spread evenly across the deck. Ask us for the test basis before you specify against any of them.
It resists most acids, alkalis and water-based chemicals and it will not rust, but some solvents craze it. A sump also meets the liquid neat and often diluted by rainwater, which is harsher than the storage condition. Send us the liquid and the concentration and we will confirm it.
Because drums get rolled and levered across it. The steel grate takes that punishment where a plastic one scars, at the cost of weight: 29 kilograms against 14 on the two-drum deck. Specify steel for a busy yard and plastic for a clean indoor position.
