Injection-moulded polypropylene pail in eighteen sizes from 2.5 to 20 litres, with tamper-evident lid, plastic or steel handle and in-mould labelling.
The plain round tinplate bucket, in four sizes, with the seam quality that decides whether a solvent is still in the pail a year later.

| Decoration | Four-colour offset lithographic printing, full surface |
| Lead time | Approximately one month for a standard production run; samples in 7–15 days. Confirmed against your specification at quotation. |
These depend on your order, your market or the certificate that covers your run, so we quote them rather than publish one figure that would be wrong for most buyers. Ask and you get the number for your specification.
Before you order: Tight-head and open-head are not interchangeable late in a project. The head configuration decides your filling line, not the other way round, so settle it before tooling.
4 sizes, with the container quantities a distributor needs to cost a shipment. Loading figures are unpalletised.

Figures are the factory’s published catalogue values, transcribed as printed. Confirm against the drawing issued with your order — wall thickness and closure are specified against the contents, so the build for your product may differ from the standard shown.
A tight-head bucket has no removable lid, only a spout and cap. There is one seal instead of a full-circumference one, which is what keeps a solvent at strength through a shelf life.
The seam is where a thin-wall steel container leaks first. Roll quality is a specification here rather than a by-product of the line speed.
The same body proportion and print area across 5, 10, 20 and 25 litres, so a range on a shelf reads as a range rather than four unrelated containers.
Steel with a steel closure goes into the same stream. No lid to separate, no mixed-material line on the label.

The body is pressed from cold-rolled steel to the pattern, seam-welded, then finished as set out in the specification above: internal coating, galvanising or powder coat according to what the can carries. Pressing runs across our Vietnam and China plants under one specification managed from Singapore, so the drawing and closure stay identical whichever plant fills the order.
Every can is checked before it leaves the plant:
The regimes that apply to this type of container in each market we ship to, with the detail behind each one a click away. This is what the market asks for; what this particular design already holds is in the specification above.
Orientation for specification, not legal advice, and not a statement that this design holds a given approval. Requirements turn on the exact design, contents and destination, and they change. Tell us the market at enquiry and we confirm what applies to your specification, what we hold and what we would need to obtain.
A tight-head bucket has no removable lid, only a spout and a cap, so there is one seal instead of a full-circumference one. An open-head bucket gives full access to the interior. They are not interchangeable late in a project.
Tight-head where the contents must not evaporate or must arrive at strength, such as solvents. Open-head where the product is viscous, is decanted, or has to be scraped out. The head decides your filling line, so settle it before tooling.
UN 1A1 for the tight-head and UN 1A2 for the open-head. The 1 is the kind of packaging, since a drum is any cylindrical body, A is steel, and the final digit is the head. Certification is per design type.
Because the seam is where a thin-wall steel container leaks first. Roll quality is written into the specification here rather than left as a by-product of line speed, which is what decides whether a solvent is still at strength a year later.
Yes, with the coating specified for it and the documentation to match. On a lacquered bucket the coating is the food-contact article, so the declaration is written against the coating rather than the steel.
Four, from 5 to 25 litres, on the same body proportion and the same print area. A range on a shelf therefore reads as a range rather than as four unrelated containers.
Yes, and without separation. Steel body with a steel closure goes into one stream. There is no lid to separate and no mixed-material line to put on the label.
0.25 to 0.35 mm depending on size. As with any thin-wall steel container the right gauge is set by the fill weight and the stack height rather than chosen from a table, so tell us both.
They classify in HS 7310, a CBAM listed good, so the obligation exists in principle. The 50 tonne per importer per year de minimis exempts most buyers, but it is cumulative across all your CBAM goods rather than per product line.
Quoted against your specification rather than published. Production is approximately one month, with samples in 7 to 15 days, confirmed at quotation.
